Here's how a billion products happen.

Six steps, one team, no hand-offs between vendors. And a quality system that checks twice: before production, and before it ships.

01The six steps

Six steps. One team. No hand-offs.

Your account team stays with you the whole way. Every step happens in-house, or with partners we've already qualified.

  1. 1

    Spot the trend

We read every market, every season. Some markets lead trends and some follow, so watching all of them shows us what's coming. Add consumer research, social, syndicated data and store walks around the world.

You getTrend reports, and a pitch built on real products.
  2. Checking a 3D-printed chassis for a toy friction truck with calipers, beside the painted body, the drawings and the finished box
    2

    Design & engineer

Our designers and engineers make it look like $20 and sell for $1, $3 or $5. Packaging too. Many products run on molds and design patents we own.

You getWorking samples and 3D-printed prototypes you can pick up.
  3. 3

    Source

We compare landed cost across 600+ partner factories and place each program where it makes the most sense. If duties or costs change, we move it to a factory we've already qualified.

You getThe right factory for every program.
  4. 4

    Test & assure

Every product is checked, tested and inspected before it ships, and copyright, patent and trademark checks happen before anything is made. More in Quality, below.

You getProducts that pass, and the paperwork to prove it.
  5. 5

    Deliver

Shipped direct from the factory, or from our US warehouses in Ohio and California for smaller, faster orders.

You getThe delivery model that fits each program.
  6. 6

    Replenish

Proven items keep coming back. New ones arrive every season, so the shelf never goes stale.

You getWhat sells, plus what's next.
02Quality

Checked in-house.Tested independently.Inspected before it ships.

Our in-house labs for safety, reliability and electronics testing check products early, so issues surface before production. Orders for major retailers are then tested at independent third-party labs like UL, Intertek and SGS. Our field QA team qualifies every factory, and every shipment is inspected before it leaves.

03How we're organized

One point of contact. A whole company behind it.

Every retailer gets a dedicated account team, organized around its merchants. Behind that team sit our specialist divisions and the shared services that support all of them.
